2.Get a queue ticket at the ticket machine; the ticket number joins the waiting queue for the service,

3.Service applicant waits in the hall,

4.Teller calls the ticket number; LED display shows the called number; public address system broadcasts the announcement,

5.Service applicant goes to the counter to handle business; after the teller finishes processing, they request evaluation,

6.Service applicant evaluates the teller via the evaluation terminal,

7.After evaluation, the host saves the result to the database,

8.Business handling is completed; service applicant leaves satisfied.
